Need help with a trip, notification, or data source?

Before contacting support

• Pull down on My Trips to refresh the latest available rail data.
• Check notification permission in System Settings if alerts are missing.
• Remember that platforms and positions appear only when the operator publishes them.
• Confirm time-critical travel information with the train operator.
• If Gmail import misses a ticket, use “Check for Tickets Now” and confirm the message contains a rail operator or train reference.

Email jaguirre2192@gmail.com with the train number, service date, country, and a short description of the issue. Do not include ticket barcodes or payment details.
